Seeing a preponderance of chemically treated cannabis in the market, Sweet Dirt, with its roots in Maine’s medical cannabis market, set out to offer something different: the best possible kind, grown in the kindest way possible.
As natured intended, we grow in living soil, rich in organic matter and beneficial microbes. Our proprietary blend of essential nutrients and helpful bacteria yields the “sweetest soil” that keeps plants strong from the roots up.
Situated on our nine-acre farm in Southern Maine, our hybrid greenhouse harnesses the power of the sun and other lighting, plus the latest irrigation and ventilation technologies, to provide an environment that yields happy plants.
Every single plant is monitored and cared for by hand throughout the entirety of its lifecycle by a team of cultivators that are passionate about growing cannabis plants to their full potential in flavor, aroma, and effect.
Today, Sweet Dirt proudly offers Maine’s premier adult use cannabis - the first to be certified clean by the Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association (MOFGA)
